PARIS (2010 FIBA World Championship for Women) - France coach Pierre Vincent has named the 24 players that have a chance to represent the country at the 2010 FIBA World Championship for Women later this year in the Czech Republic.

The EuroBasket Women 2009 champions will take on the United States, Greece and Senegal later this year in Group B.

France will first gather on August 5 at their Alpe d'Huez training camp and remain there until August 20.

The squad will then have a friendly against Senegal on August 26 in Deauville, while the next three days they will be in Mondeville going up against Senegal again, and Poland.

From September 2-4, France will be in Vigo, Spain, playing warm-up games against Greece, Belarus and the Spaniards.

Meanwhile, the 2009 FIBA Europe Women's Player of the Year Sandrine Gruda will not join the team until her WNBA season with the Connecticut Sun has come to an end.

Diandra Tchatchouang and Allison Vernerey, meanwhile, will represent France at the U20 European Championship in Latvia from July 15-25.
