DRUSKININKUOSE (2010 FIBA World Championship for Women) - Japan routed Lithuania 108-84 on Thursday in the first of two friendly games between the sides.

Yuko Oga exploded for 31 points for Japan, who are getting ready for the FIBA World Championship for Women in the Czech Republic.

The Far East team stormed out to a 33-20 lead by the end of the first quarter but only led 50-40 at the interval.

After extending the advantage to 16 by the end of the third quarter, the Japanese blew the game wide open in the fourth by outscoring their hosts 25-17.

At the FIBA World Championship for Women, Japan will square off against Russia, Argentina and the Czech Republic.
